How B2B Works

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. People meet and greet at high speed.  In as little as 20-30 minutes, companies can identify and launch potentially rewarding B2B cooperation and business partnerships. B2B is a fast and easy way to introduce your business to both potential partners and new markets.

Registration

(1) Register online filling all the fields required in the form. All the information must be written in English.
(2) When registering, if you would like to participate at the B2B Meetings, please be sure to add the cooperation profile. It will introduce you and your company to potential business partners. In your cooperation profile you will state what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering, what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners. A support will be provided to you by the organizers to fill properly your cooperation profile.
(3) After a preliminary check, your profile will be validated by the organizers and you will be allowed to log-in and modify it.
(4) Your profile will be hidden until completed. So please make sure that it's written in English and that you completed the cooperation profile.
(5) As soon as your profile is complete, the organizers will publish it and make it visible online.

Promotion of published profiles

Once your company's profile is complete, it will be visible to all participants and the event and the organizers will promote it through all available channels.

Selection of counterparts and Matchmaking

Email notification

You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings. Check which cooperation the profiles are most promising.  Use different kind of filters to make a quick identification of the most suitable participants/cooperation profiles. Within a few minutes you should be able to identify future potential business partners. If needed, a support will be provided by the organizers.

Booking of bilateral meetings

Once you have found the most promising partners you can select them for bilateral meetings. You can book meetings and you can also be booked for B2B by other participants!
You can add further meetings any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served" and a limitation of meeting requests can be establish by the organisers based on participants/meeting, space and capacity

Confirm your participation

In case you have meetings the organizer needs to be sure that you will attend the event. Therefore please confirm or cancel your participation once you are asked to confirm.
Otherwise the event organizer has to inform all your meeting partners that meetings are/could be uncertain. This causes additional work and makes the event less reliable.
Your personal meeting schedule
A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting schedule (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). This meeting schedule gives information about the location, the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.
